Re: good Indian restaurant in Bradrord
I used to live in Leeds. My advice would be to just wander around and choose one at random. The worst Indian restaurant in Bradford will still be head and shoulders above anything anywhere else in the UK...

Not to be argumentative, but surely India is the Indian food capitol of the world?!?

Re: good Indian restaurant in Bradrord
not argumentative mate .. maybe a little pedantic Ha Ha
I actually disagree if we are talking food for the UK as opposed to everyday coffing for Indians in their own Country
when a restaurant wins the TITLE of World best, then I feel they are the best in the world

Not really.
The vast majority of the 'Indian' restaurants aren't even Indian. They're Bangladeshi.
The reason they're called Indian is because when they were first started, decades ago, we were all part of India.
Now they don't change the name because people are generally used to them being called Indian and it would confuse them.
I know there are a few which call themselves Bangladeshi. But they're not a successful because of that reason. Even though it's the same food.
I guess people are just used to them - like a brand.

Would they have to fight it out?
And for how many rounds?
Or should that be courses?

Lol!
Tell you what, I've never had a curry outside as good as the genuine home made stuff.
Re: good Indian restaurant in Bradrord
I recently had the pleasure of tucking into a load of home cooked Tamil food and it was far far better than anything I have ever had in an Indian restaraunt
