After viewing the above video clip, one would have to question the intent of the aggressor, is he trying to intimidate and humiliate the homeowner by behaving in such a threatening manner or was he intending to cause the guy some real harm??

Well just by watching he is trespassing and he as made contact with him (putting hands on him) which is assault, you only have to shove someone, spit, grab, hold and so on. Maybe by pulling the bin over we could stick in there criminal damage, oh was he swearing at him and shouting right that a section 5 public order act £80 fine. Could stick in criminal threatening behaviour and if he has been to that address three time or more slap him with an offence of harassment with a court cost of around £250 and a civil remedy or restraining order (dont break this) and one more for the road, putting people in fear of violence


or save all the cost and police time and knock him on his ass and shut the gate.

Attempted? Tell me common sense prevailed and he was laughed out of court? Maybe he learned his lesson? Maybe not. I thought the home owner also took too much schtick for too long. As soon as Andrews laid a hand on him he should have taken him out. At one point the chav has his forehead pressed against the homeowner's, headbutt coming up I would think so time to get one in first.

The clip does put in a vote for the reverse punch, thrown from the hip as working in a real fight, but perhaps that is what he knew and had fewer options due to his karate training? I would have used a palm heel when the chav was in my face, followed if need be by a outer reap and dump him hard, never let me down. But giving the chav swinging room as he did seems unnecessary to me. Hypothetically armchair quarterbacking etc as I am. Any other thoughts? Perry
