An expanders question
Hi Dave, hope you get back online soon.
I've just got my expanders through from Jim from the ISSA. They are bloody strong springs, Getting them onto the sodding hoops was a real grip workout. I've nearly skinned my thumbs actually getting them on! Changing weights might be a problem 'cos of this (maybe there's a knack to it?)
Anyway, I had a quick question. In "Pulling for Power" you mentioned that one of the photos shows a "typical Expanders Developed physique". Well, what does this look like? What is the characteristic type of development that'd you'd see from working with expanders over weights?
Thanks a lot
