Elbow

Am I remembering correctly that the elbow was your preferred KO strike Nick? In your opinion, what made it so effective for you?

If I remember rightly what I said was I never failed to get a knockout with an elbow...my favourite technique for ko's however was the left foot roundhouse kick to the head. Not only did it feel good but it stopped a lot of fights in their tracks. When the clown's saw their mate go down so hard and fast they almost always decided they didn't want to play.
