Just to say I recently joined your forum & am enjoying reading the various topics on self defence. Could you tell me if there are any clubs in Sheffield who teach your system or a reality based system as opposed to traditional martial arts.

RBSD based classes in Sheffield (Not affiliated to SDF - Think SDF gym in Stannington might do classes though?)

Anyone with a positive attitude is more than welcome to come and train with us.

Website is due an overhaul in the next two weeks or so but the training times and location etc are still accurate.
