(Grumble grumble)
bloody transatlantic travel nuisance...

This long distance learning is very inconvenient sometimes.
I'll be back over, but meanwhile, anything you lads can write up about what you learned, I'd appreciate.
Thanks!

Re: todays master class
Nothing special JD, just the other lads being shown the most effective tai sabaki I have ever seen.
I spent the session falling over my feet.
You misseed nothing mate.

Re: todays master class
Note to self:
Track Chris down.
Stealthily ('cos any other way he'd hand me my arse) administer a pickaxe handle facebar.
Show him where the jelly is.
And pry the secrets of tai sabaki from him.
Ehh... probably easier just to ask Dave.
You lads think you'll speed up my return trip by getting me riled up, dontcha?

For those who don't know.. Brian is OLD.
That's why we let him get away with all the crazy talk.

Re: todays master class
Now I am NOT saying Brian IS old.. just that as a young copper he directed traffic along the ORIGINAL Fosse Way (Roman Times)
I really enjoyed yesterday.. I get a tad fed up doing 'just techniques .. or tricks.. I like to get to the meat.. and we got there yesterday..
Plus a nice chat afterwards Chris

Re: todays master class
Yeah, as always I left with a LOT to work on and think about.
In a lot of ways I enjoy the chats afterwards as much as the physical work. A work-out in a different way.
