Todays Diploma course

Just want to say a massive thanks you and well done to the people who attended the Advanced Self-Defence Instructors course today in Doncaster.

I prefer smallish numbers and today we got it right..

7 guys there from Leeds to London with Sheffield Manchester and Gainsbrough as well.

my 5th Dan Neil Hall turned up from Dewsbury to help with the instructing and showed everyone just why he IS a 5th dan in the SDF

Excellent standard, excellent rapport and all in all a great course even if I say so myself, which I am doing
