I just wondered if you had any thoughts on improving the C.V. system as a whole for increased stamina.
The heart is a pretty unique muscle since it is constantly working and I was wondering what the best way to improve contractions would be.
Short sharp bursts of intense exercise like sprinting/playing squash or less intense like swimming and cycling Or a mixture.

one of the best is interval running through woodland.. you will need to alter direction speed etc,.. sprint then jog.. change directions, speeds etc.. thats one of the very best ways.. se Karl Blackwell with his 50 beats per minute resting pulse rate... its his favourite method
