We are hosting a JKD Unlimited/MMA for the street Seminar at New Spartan Gym, Watford, Herts on April 28th

We hosted one at the gym in Portugal a few years ago and it wwent down well, like all seminars you take away from them what you need and there was plenty to take away from it

Its £45 for the day 9.30am to 4.30pm with a Q&A session to finish taking us up to about 5pm there will be a break for lunch
