thoughts on routine please
going to try this workout to build strength, size and lose fat.
monday
t - press up 4 sets of 8 reps
one arm press up - 4 sets 2 reps per arm (all i can do)
press ups with feet on pilates ball and hands on books 3 sets of 10 reps
weighted dips 3 sets 10 reps
glute ham raise 3 sets 10
one leg squats 4 sets 2 per leg (my max)
wednesday
conditioning work via intervals, intense bodyweight circuits (from rosstraining)
friday
chin ups 4 sets 6 reps
one arm press ups 4 sets 2 reps per arm
bodyweight tricep extensions 4 sets 8 reps
same leg work has monday
let me know what people think please

Just at a glance, I don't know how much size you'll gain with that program, I'm guessing probably not much. But you should get some functional strength gains and I'm pretty sure you'll burn some fat depending on your diet.
