What Is A Soft Skill?

Hard and soft can have many different meanings...I can think of about 8 off the top of my head. In the context we use it soft is the opposite of hard. If "hard" is fighting then soft skills are the opposite i.e. the skills of avoidance and awareness etc.

No, but how did the milk have time to even turn hard? Did you put off washing up for about a week?! Or did the milk harden more or less instantly (like in the original Clash of The Titans when Medusa would look at someone, and they would instantly harden..er...I mean turn to stone).
