Hi Nick!

I've heard that you teach a technique involving spinning someone around, pushing one shoulder and pulling on the other, then falling into a strangle?

Can you expand on how it's done?

Mate,

Attempting to explain techniques via the written word is always hard (just look at the gibberish that tiny Mick Coup used when explaining his version of the overhead press that had poor pullup pastor thinking he was describing body punches Very Happy )

What I'll endeavor to do for you is get someone at class to film it on my camera and see if I can't load it on you tube for a day or two for you to look at...(after that I'll yank it down so every yob and his dog doesn't get to see it.)

Nick,

You - are - a - bell - end...

Clear enough for you?

Brian,

That's a fairly standard technique mate, surprised you're asking about it!

I'll always be jealous of Nick mate, it's simply astounding how someone can be so ugly and stupid with just the one head...

Surprised your asking this Brian, very very basic stuff that anyone with a basic grounding in workable self defence should have done to death by now.
