FitPro Challenge 1: The Bulgarian Bag Spin Test

A great test of strength and stamina that also acts as a terrific core workout.

Using a Bulgarian bag, do 5 sets of:
- 10x spins in each direction around your head
- 10x full-extension push-ups on the bag

Complete the 5 sets as fast as you can and see if you can beat Tommy Matthews' score of 2mins 53secs!

Make sure you watch the video below to see the correct technique, especially if you're not used to working out with the Bulgarian bag, and be sure to warm up before taking on this tough challenge.
