Lancashire catch
Dave, can you recommend any decent books on
Lancashire catch as some of it links in nicely with what I do.
Also what is the elbow scoop you mention in a previous thread,
don't think we covered it when I came over to Andy C's that time.
or wasn't I paying attention
thanks Dave
Nige.

Re: Lancashire catch
Whilst you're waiting for Dave's reply you can download the "Farmer Burns Catch wrestling course" on the bottom of this page:
http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competition/Burns/burnsindex.htm
Not strictly Lancashire Catch but very similar i believe.

Re: Lancashire catch
If Dave will excuse me for also jumping in-
You guys might already be familliar with it, but just in case, this is a good site if you're interested in this type of thing. http://www.scientificwrestling.com
The catch stuff and more fringe wrestling stuff I've seen is always 'interesting' in that there are unconventional pins, rides and submissions from unconventional places, but I suspect unless you're already a good grapper with fair physical attributes then much of it is a bit low-percentile. Some of the subs would really need you to have a solid grappling background already in order to pull off, even if they look simple.
