Top Student Michael
Nick,
remembered some old posts at the GT forum about your old Top Student Michael.
He's on the left, right?
So you also wrote that
Well, how was his fighting style?
A lot out of your ink? Like roundhouse kicks, sidekicks, frontkicks, knees, punching, elbows, rigdehands etc.
How did he get your top student? I guess he is/was very good...
Thanks
Julian

He was also involved in other fights with me and I never saw him get hit whether we were fighting multiples or not..the nunchaku strike was one of those lucky ones

Re: Top Student Michael
Julian,
Sorry mate...this one slipped through the cracks.
He became number one because he trained harder than everyone else.
His fighting style was similar to mine but not so many footsweeps and not as big a fan of head kicks as I was. (I'd trained in Tae Kwan Do and Judo hence my propensity for those techniques)
While he handled himself very well in the street he didn't work any doors so his real life stuff was few and far between. Big Dennis was more dangerous because of his size, experience etc but he wasn't the technician Michael was.
As far as I know he is now an accountant and doesn't train any more.
