Looked like a pretty serious impact there. I hope he'll be able to return to Oxford next semester to complete his Masters. Be a shame if the rest of the alumni have to graduate without him.

The people who suffer the most from this incident are the children. The ice cream man would have been made late for his deliveries due to this mans inability to recognise that roads are for vehicles.
