Hello Mr Hughes,as I am new to this forum I dont know if you ahve covered the topic I wish to inquire about elsewhere, if so please direct to the relevant posts.If not then my question is,is the "engage with rage" method a good way to get new students to quickly improve their fighting and survival capacities?
