Recent SDF Seminar Report

Sunday 16th March at Andy Crittenden's super Centre in Doncaster... I ran the Spring Seminar for 29 attendees .. thanks to all who turned up and trained so diligently and intelligently.
It was great to see SDF members and guests from as far afield as Ipswich, Manchester,the North East, Stoke, Nottingham, Derbyshire, some local SDF'ers from Thurcroft in Rotherham and from our Sheffield club etc etc.. thanks people.
especial thanks to Martin J Dougherty from Tyne & Wear who was coherced to the front at the very last second to act as my 'fall guy' he performed the task admirably.. thanks Martin
Also Ian Harrison from Notts who also helped out at the front several times.. Oh and thanks for swollen lip Ian ..On the last section in which we trained some padwork drills concentrating on 'aggression' I was the recipient of a slightly over enthusiastic smack in the mouth from Ian..

I thoroughly enjoyed the day.. 10.30 am to 3.30pm.. no-one there gave any less than 100%.... thanks all who attended

He only did what everyone else wanted to...

It was a great day very enjoyable, everyone was very friendly.
I slept really well last night

I caught a few seconds of snooze during the seminar which was quite refreshing.

I noticed that when I was getting hit MOST people winced.

Two laughed.

I know who they were...

I was there too, and it was bloody brilliant as usual

and yes I woke up with aches, pains, bruises and was sore all over
the next day.

Am going to the next one Dave does.
