ASMAA SPRING SEMINAR
We would like to announce the ASMAA Spring Seminar
Date: Sunday 20th May 2012
Held at: Andy Crittenden’s ACMAC Doncaster
Times: 10.30am start … 3.30pm finish
Morning session:

The applications of Throws, Takedowns, Locks, Levers, Chokes & Strangles … Methods taken from several styles of Combat.
Instructors: Dave Turton 9th Dan & Paul Oxtoby 6th Dan

Afternoon session:
The applications of impact methods, including, Strikes, Kicks, Knees, Elbows & Heads … Again taken from several styles of Combat.
Instructors: Dave Turton 9th Dan & Paul Oxtoby 6th Dan

Costs: £20.00p for ASMAA/SDF members
£25.00p for Guests/Non-members.
NOTE: minimum age is 11 years old
Clothing is your choice, Gi, non-Gi, T-Shirts, Track-suits
