Watch out for santa lookalikes at this time of year...

very quick story for you, about ten years back I drunkenly fell out of a pub in chester and saw a big bloke with grey hair and beard and shouted `lads! look its santa` and planned to go over to him and generally take the piss.

thank god in heaven one of the older lads recognised it was gary spiers and dragged me away otherwise Id be typing this with one of those head mounted prodders!

I was gutted to hear he`d died, I always wanted to see him sober and see if I could buy him a drink and tell him about my near miss. I think he`d have seen the funny side.
