Hi Dave,

Lately i have just moved in a house with my girlfriend, due to sticking to a tight budget, i can only make a commercial gym once a week in terms of allocating time to strength/power training. Every other night i am combat training.

In that one session of training at a commercial gym, what sort of program could i do, to help aid me with my martial arts in terms of using strength/power.

Your input is much appreciated.

do the 6x6x6 programme..

compound movements instead of isolated ones

example

squats ... 6 sets x 6 reps heavy
power cleans ... 6 sets x 6 reps heavy
push press ... 6 sets x 6 reps heavy
bench press ... 6 sets x 6 reps heavy
cheat curls ... 6 sets x 6 reps heavy
parallel bar dips .. 6 sets x 6 reps heav

shower go home and grow bigger and stronger .. once a week on this isnt ideal but its pretty good
