Training for women
Hi Dave:
I hope you´re well. I have a quick question for you.
On this site, we´re always talking about hardcore, functional training for fighting - compound exercises, heavy weights, sandbags, kettlebells, grip strength and so on.
That´s all well and good, but the thing is my better half said she wants to do a bit of lightweight resistence training. There´s no way I can get her to do any of this stuff. She´ll maybe use some 5k dumbbells, but she won´t go heavy at all. Her aim is just to lose a little weight and tone up for the beach after having a couple of kids.
What kind of programme would you suggest for her?
Thanks a lot! I appreciate the time you put into this site.
Best regards,
S
