Grading yesterday 24th March

Just want to say a WELL DONE to two of Stuart Cutty's boys who came down to Doncaster yesterday for their 2nd Dan grading, which followed the SDF Seminar..

ANDY TERRY & CHRIS WILSON were well battered and bruised, and Chris chucked up his stomach contents, but they both managed an excellent pass...
Well done also to their attackers who kept up relentless pressure.. and also well done to Stu Cutty for the obvious work he has put into instructing and preparing these guys.

I have to say when people push themselves hard enough that they need to puke I get all emotional - bloody well done for pushing yourself that hard!!

Congrats Guys, 1st Dan SDF is something to be proud but achieving 2nd Dan is awesome. Not gained easily or given away. You should both be feeling wel chuffed today, as well as a bit battered and bruised.

It wasn't quite ALL my stomach contents.. I think I managed to keep a half bottle of lucozade which exited via my nose later in the day

I'll do a write up soon while the events are fresh in my mind. Huge thanks to the lads who did the attacking.. keeping the pressure on takes a lot out of them..takes some stones on their part.

p.s. I fully intend to be the oldest 2nd dan the SDF has ever seen!
