hi dave i have the option of going to freestyle wrestling or judo, my objective is self protection, am guessing wrestling or judo with boxing would be a good place to start?

Hi Neel

given that you might only be able to do two.. then in my book Boxing and Judo is a great foundation..

However if you really only want SP/SD, then eventually seek out a pure SD/SP instructor..

I love wrestling but Judo and boxing is an excellent mix mate
