self defence myndplay
Do you know what to do if you are attacked?
send this link to all your female friends and family members, with the rise of attacks on women recently we teamed up with Chris Barnes and SW Gym to create a free basic guide to protecting yourself...if you like them we will do more as it is knowledge everyone should have...
Interactive MyndPlay version coming soon...it is designed to help you be mentally prepared for attack..stay safe.

Violence in the UK is actually at an unusual low. The last twenty years have seen a considerable decrease in violence overall. We have never been as safe as we are now in the UK.
That said, everyone should have some basic knowledge for self protection purposes and with the increase in FEAR (not violence) better they get good information than bad. Particularly when the variables as they relate to women are much less palatable than the majority of "instructors" would have them believe.

That the number of attacks on women are rising. Or more importantly the rate. Serious question not being a smart arse.

I didnt think it was mate... I was just unsure of what was being referred to on the .....is this a fact? statement
Then again Chris... there are statistics and lies mate... is it REPORTED violence thats at a low? or actual?
I see violence reasonably regularly when a lad gets a thumping.. but if no police are called and no charges made then it goes unreported
also many women's groups who deal with sexual assaults, rapes and domestic violence have seen a REDUCTION in reporting these crimes, and not a reduction in the crimes themselves
however regardless of the stats .. up or down or the same.. there will never be a complete eradication of violent crime, so there will never be an eradictaion for the need to be prepared

Re: self defence myndplay
It's generally believed that The Law of 3's comes into play with incidents of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
One in three people will suffer domestic and or sexual violence. (That's ALL instances, the percentage of women on the receiving end is disproportionately large)
One in three will report the violence to the police
One in three reported incidents will proceed to trial
One in three trials will result in a conviction.
Pretty depressing figures when you think about it.
