Hi guy's,
I'm new to this forum so I'll just say a quick hello. I have no formal self defence training other than when I worked in London for a local borough council where I was given arrest and restraint training as it could be part of my duties, I probably wasn't very good at it then but now I doubt I could remember how to, So I'll just lurk some more and pop up in a thread now and again that I feel qualified in commenting on.
