Hope everyone is well. Is there by any chance anyone here from or in Minnesota? I have a friend who would liek to find a decent instructor near St Cloud.

haven't been out there myself, missed it last time I was out that way, but I've heard good things about Rick Faye's group out in Minneapolis comes highly recommended. MNkali.com or their hopkins branch mkgwest.com

Greg Nelson's The Academy (formerly Minnesota Martial Arts Academy) is one of the top MMA gyms in the world. Not sure if that's close to where you are though.
