Been off for a long while, went through a massive "can't be asred with gym" stage!! Back training a bit now.

Hmm looks like i need to have a long read...where's Brian S? whatever happened to Spour?

Bri is no longer using forums due to a personal issue.

Bri had to delete a lot of threads when he left so the info on Spour is no longer there but google Bob Spour if you want to see what that man did.
