Re: other forums
Interesting question Jamie. I have always wondered what other people get up to and if the sorts of people who visits RBSD/MA forums have other similar interests.
I also visit:
A cycling forum
A motorbike forum
An airgun forum
I don't participate much in the other forums.

Re: other forums
I check out Dennis Martins' and I'm on Facebook...that's about it. I'm in the process of rewriting two books, running two businesses and looking at launching a third so I don't have time anymore to check out all the ones I'd like to.

Re: other forums
mate thats alot cooler than visiting a bunch of forums
Also, does anyone think it would be a good idea if we had a 'post you links here'
section of the forum? I know some forums do this and it seems to work.
Just an idea

I'm on Facebook as well,i find it an odd place.
In my friends list i have family, people i know from self defence/martial arts, and older friends that i have known for years,etc...i find it a bit disturbing sometimes that all the different aspects of my life converge in one place,i like to keep some things "separate"...if you know what i mean

Re: other forums
There's a way round that...you have your professional profile under your real name for example and then you set up another one under a pseudonym that you can use for all your nonsense and people you'd rather not be associated with etc.

Re: other forums
I really like SouthNarc's forum www.totalprotectioninteractive.com with tons of information, not only on firearms (which i am not into) but on awareness, unarmed defense etc.
His photos step by step in diferent scenarios are gold, things like what to look when the bad guy is aproaching, when he's ready to hit etc.
Also Paul Sharp from ISR Matrix is in it,really interesting posts.

With visit being the word, Mick Coup's forum often and Dennis Martin's and SouthNarc's forum occasionally.
Someone , I think Ian S mentioned T Nation website/forum here which I since visited and think is good, a horse racing forum and a couple of political, both left and right, just to keep a chip on each shoulder and a couple of art forums.
