Hi Dave,
Hope you are well.
Less than two weeks ago I was flying in the gym, knocked almost a whole minute off my time for 5k and felt great.
The last week has been torture. The runs have been laboured, times slower and it's really fecken annoying. Feels like I've taken a couple of steps backwards for some reason yet I'm doing nothing different to what I always do.
I expect peaks and troughs but this last dip seems a little bit unusual in its effects.
Any suggestions on how I can freshen things up without losing that level of aerobic fitness I have built up?
