Great news from over here on one progressive police department.

I've always been shocked by the lamentable weapons retention stuff being taught to local LEOs (at least 3 officer's deaths can be attributed to poor training in that regard) so it's nice to see Sacremento CA being more pro-active when it comes to the subject.
