Nick what do the guys in your system do once they get their black t-shirt?

Do they keep practicing the same material as before, with a view to just getting better at it? Or do they have to learn new material? If so what?

A lot of them keep training, honing what they already know and others, having got through the system, move on. (which is what it was designed for)

I've thought of focusing on FMA for them at that point, and I've even toyed with starting karate classes back up for them one day a week but I'm too tied up at the moment to give either option the attention they deserve.
