December's Open Day

Just watched the DVD of the day.

Gutted I missed out, the one session in years I couldn't make it down for and it looks like a pearler.

Fantastic material on offer with every major principle and concept on show.

You must have been feeling well cos you were definitely on good form!

Yeah, sorry you werent there mate.. you would have lapped it up.

I was switched on a bit cos I knew it was the last session of the year.

Ha Ha ..did Stuey mention the 'come along' Ha Ha.. he was yelping like a good 'un, just after him saying he had no faith in them cos they didnt look as if they would work.. then he was raving about it

He mentioned it the following Tuesday, along with his previous scepticism then proceeded to "apply" the technique in the correct way to everyone he could get his hands on. Amazing how little changes in application make such a massive difference. It's the old "aim small miss small" principle in action I suppose. Got to pay attention to the fine detail.
