Filming today!

Hi guys
I start filming my womens self defence DVD today.
any last minute tips?

Fasten your fly, make sure there's noting on your face/teeth and you KNOW there isn't, and rehearse a bit first.

Oh, and be willing to scrap and redo.

Seriously, if you can eliminate things that worry you while presenting, you'll be more confident. Don't put something out that you'll later look at and wince. You'll only release this once, so make sure you're happy about it.

Just make sure it all flows well.. no scratching yer bollocks when you're talking, or picking yer nose etc

i will let you know how it goes and post some of the early footage on youtube.

I have got a girl student to be in the film, who has only been training for a couple of months because i want to show that its simple to learn the techniques! but she's good enough to make the shots look sharp on camera!
I think it may turn out more of a 'dress rehersal today' but im looking forward to it.
Thanks Dave T and Stuart Rider it was doing the Women's instructor course that inspired me, I seem to have grasped the nature of teaching females quite well, and enjoy it

Got some early footage, going to do more sunday when we all have more time!
But im quietly confident.
Im using the place where my mate runs his Brazillian jujitsu classes and I showed some of them the SDF shin kicks and the torque takedown and they lapped it up!!!
