Yack Attack

A few weeks ago you alluded to a technique that triggers a vomit reflex. Can you elaborate on it. I remember punching Danny Kampling in the stomach during a recess fight when we were in the fourth grade and it had that effect, but I attributed that to his just having eaten lunch.

its in the throat between the adam's apple and the 'dip' where the clavicles meet.

you need to do a 'bouncing jabby type strike.. the thumb is best although a couple of fingers works well also...

you 'feel' it there when you throw up normally.. that 'fuller' feeling you get when you are being warned by your body that its about to empty the contents of the stomach..

jab in hard and recoil quickly.. even done gently it makes people 'swallow' a lot .. just like you do when trying to control a possible vomit attack

Thats an awesome strike it takes more fine motor skills but wooo it hurts.
I use it when training to stop people grabbing me with two hands, just pop some fingers in there and push downwards
