As Ade's list but I also like Bas Ruttens self-defence DVD if for no other reason than Bas is hilarious as well as informative!

I don't know about the others on your list but one that I was going to recommend was

"The Fence"- Geoff Thompson

plus

"The Pavement Arena- Grappling"- Geoff Thompson (the stand up grappling bit alone is good)
"Street Defence- preemptive striking"- Dennis Jones

and the book

''Dead or Alive" - Geoff Thompson as already mentioned by Ade

That's stuff that I've watched myself, amongst others. Probably a lot more good stuff that I haven't seen.

If I was to narrow the list to one only it would be 'The Fence'

When speaking of defense, we must realise it isnt all about physical.

There are other reads about violence, rape victims/attackers, legal-law, etc.
