Competition in Training
Hi all,
I am a firm believer that there should be an element of "competition" within training.
By that I mean an opportunity to test your skills against a non-compliant opponent who is also attempting to "win".
A win being a tap or a TKO (broadly!)
This isn't a case of smashing or ripping lumps off each other every session for the whole session, I am talking about dedicated sessions or sections of sessions as part of a larger training programme.
What are your thoughts? Agree or disagree?
