100 press ups and more
For anyone like me who is struggling for time this is a good workout
100 Push ups
There are also workouts for squats, dips and pull ups.

Re: 100 press ups and more
I've got a version of it on my phone mate. Haven't used it yet as I'm nursing a shoulder injury but it looks good. Maybe we should set up a competition on here...Everyone pools some money to enter and see who gets there first.

Re: 100 press ups and more
Some genius is going to have to come up with some type of formula to fig out a handicap. If someone can already do fifty and some poor sod is starting from 3 it's not going to be a fair run.

Re: 100 press ups and more
how about set a date and by thst date who has the biggest percentrage change wins....
The only real problm with that one is you'll get someone who can do three or something and then if they do 30 after that its like a 1000% change or something so you' have to set a lower marker lik 10 or something

Handicapping is a good idea. Some of you old timers all busted up from a couple decades of training probably don't stand a chance against the young bucks.

I think you're right Ade. Obviously he's forgotten that old age and treachery trumps youth and inexperience every time.

Exactly Nick.
That's why I enjoy sparring young guys, they don't know my dirty tactics!

Re: 100 press ups and more
Ha! So so true
So that the fitter/less broken among us can compete with the old knacker jobs, how about:
There is a seven week window to do this. Results can be posted anytime in that period with the winner being the one who performs 100 good press ups in the fastest time? This way some people can post their time in the early days while others may have to wait until the end. Either way no one has to wait to start.
Do we take the result(s) on trust? Us old knacker jobs have already declared our willingness to use dirty tactics

Re: 100 press ups and more
Bring it on.
I'm down for throwing in $US 20.
Anyone know if we can set-up a pool on PayPal for the pot?
Perhaps one of the admins like Nick or David could manage the log-in and password?
